You might have heard of the food truck park that opened at Resorts World Sentosa last year which brought together popular brands like The Goodburger, Lavi Taco, Quattro Pizza and Spank My Dough in one place. Well, the same folks behind Gourmet Park RWS have now launched a new food truck park at a much more accessible location in town.

Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis is the newest project by Food Truck Nation, set to run from now till the end of December. The park has taken over the site that used to house the grillhouse Camp Kilo. Despite being near the city, the location is shrouded by greenery, away from the main road and high-rise buildings. The space is also pet-friendly.

Look forward to a mix of familiar Gourmet Park participating brands, as well as a few new partner stores. A new British breakfast concept – Breakfast by Carnaby – is coming on board as a teaser before its official launch at Robertson Quay in the second half of this year. The brand is headlined by Chef Adam Penney, previously the executive head chef at Potato Head Folk and Three Buns. At Breakfast by Carnaby, you can expect indulgent plates of classic English breakfasts, buttermilk pancakes, toasts and more.

Popular smokehouse Meatsmith will also be making an appearance at the Gourmet Park. Fans of its dry-aged meats can now get slabs of the Meatsmith Beef Brisket ($28), the highly-raved pork belly burnt ends ($13) and pork and jalapeño sausages ($11) without the hassle of securing a reservation at its Telok Ayer restaurant.

There will also be homemade brownies by Backyard Bakers, refreshing signature cocktails ($22 each) exclusive to Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis, as well as coffee made with beans supplied by Liberty Coffee. You can also find familiar names at the park, like The Goodburger – known for their plant-based burgers, and Quattro – serving slices of Neapolitan pizzas and traditional pastas. In the coming months, Gourmet Park Kampong Bugis will also be hosting events like weekend grill-outs and kitchen takeovers by renowned chefs.
